I’m a big fan of Beck’s music and love original marketing concepts. And I just fell in love with Beck forever.

The man known for his dreamy music has just released his new album. That on its own is good news, but this time the album is nothing more than sheet music. Yes, sheet music.

Beck hasnt released the tracks himself, but the sheet music is available to fans and they are encouraged to record the tracks themselves. How brilliant is this? There will be tons of different variations of the tracks, most will be crappy but there will be gems.

So we’ve all seen movies in 3D. All the obligatory scenes in which the amazing technology is showed off: snowflakes, tunnels and stuff thrown at you. Blabla. Yawn.

I think the peeps at LG felt that too and they decided to make 3D technology useful. I was invited to test the 3D Timeline: Which basically is Facebook in a 3D environment: You browse your newsfeed chronologically, and popular posts become bigger, higher, wider. An amazing piece of work. Check out the clip above to see what I’m talking about.
