Nuji

October 28th, 2011 | Posted in: UNDSCVRD, websites

Have you met Nuji already? No. Shame on you! :)

Nuji is an awesome social tagging service. It kinda serves like an online wishlist. See something cool on a website you’d like to have, or just don’t want to forget about: Tag it with Nuji. It will aggregate all your tags and store them for you. Very nice. And the cool thing is that Nuji itself serves as a place to find cool stuff. You just follow people whose taste you like and boom. Tons of cool products. This video explains it all.

They have just restyled their whole platform, and currently it is invite only. And guess who has invites to share… Just click here and you’re all set. And don’t forget to follow/tag your favourite shop on the web.

Clibe – The Ultimate iPad Notebook

October 10th, 2011 | Posted in: technology

Meet Clibe. The ultimate iPad notebook app. Although I believe nothing will ever replace my Moleskine, this is an app that comes closest of all the ones I’ve tried.

Clibe is a cloud based notebook, meaning that everything you create on your iPad is accessible from your PC as well. But what makes Clibe better than all the other note apps out there is that it allows you to scribble, type and draw very easily. Select the kind of paper you want (blank, ruled or checked), everything is possible. Add to this that you can add pictures from your iPad or imported from Facebook and you have a cool app.

You can also share notebooks with others. Allowing you to easily share your ideas and collaborate.

Summarizing: Go get it. As long as it is still in Beta the app is downloadable for free so be quick!

Steve Jobs, You’ll Be Missed

October 6th, 2011 | Posted in: technology

This morning I woke up with the news that Steve Jobs had passed away. The man that revolutionized computing, music and mobile phones. The man that made being a nerd cool. A true loss for the world.

Besides the products there is another thing for which I’d like to thank him: His 2005 Stanford speech. We all have these moments that we need a little help and advice, and I usually grab back to this one. Have a look and remember.

New Wallets by Bellroy

October 5th, 2011 | Posted in: bags & accessories, fashion, UNDSCVRD

My work for UNDSCVRD allows me to see the coolest bags and accessories for men. And Bellroy sure makes some of my favourite wallets. And they have added some cool new styles and colours to their collection.

The first new style is the Travel Wallet. This one holds you passport and travel related cards and paperwork in style. It comes with a small pen so you always have one on hand when you have to fill out those annoying immigration forms. Simply smart.

The Micro Sleeve is the second new addition. Don’t be fooled by its small size, because this baby carries more than you think. Easy access slots for your daily used cards, and the ones needed but not daily can be put away in the main compartment. The pull tab allows you to access these easily as well.

My personal favourite, the Slim Sleeve is now also available in cocoa (Micro Sleeve and Travel Wallet are both pictured in Cocoa above). A great quality leather which will age perfectly. Cant wait to see this one worn in. The Hide & Seek and the Very Small are also available in this awesome colour.

And finally the Bellroy squad have added a sweet new colour to the range: Russet. A nice deep red colourway. Slim Sleeve, Very Small and Take Out are now available in this colour too.

A great step for this small brand from down under. Congrats guys. Great work.

Available now on UNDSCVRD.

Happy Place is one of those websites you surft to a 4 pm when you need a little laugh. Its is a brilliant collection random funny and weird stuff. I especially likes the brilliantly-sarcastic-responses-to-completely-well-meaning-signs series. But the worlds-most-absurd-warning-signs collection is pretty awesome too. Put it in your RSS and treat yourself to a little laugh.

Here’s some examples, and go check out the rest yourselves here.
