SnappCar is one of Europe’s biggest peer-to-peer car sharing community. The first thing I initiated when I started working there was starting a brand positioning study.
The market of peer-to-peer car sharing is relatively new and growing rapidly. In order to differentiate ourselves from the competition the first step was to study the true motivation of our users.
Together with our agency XXS we paired the results of this research with our core brand values and worked into SnappCar’s new overall communication strategy.
The strategy was translated to both internal and external communication plans and is used to this day to spread the ‘evangelism’ of sharing.
