New York in the 70′s

The Selvedge Yard recently posted an interesting piece on how New York in the 70′s looked and felt. The selection of pictures gives you a nice insight in how different things looked in Manhattan back then compared to today. The picture above for example has to be where The High Line park was opened recently as far as I can see, and must be somewhere in the now hot and happening Meatpacking district.
