Paris and New York; Two amazing cities but hard to compare. Paris vs. New York is a blog that graphically illustrates the differences between the two in a very cool way. I love the style of the illustrations. Vahram Muratyan is the artist behind this great work. Check out some examples below.
New York, or Paris? You decide. In the mean time: Keep it coming Vahram!
This short little film, Logorama, is a short film by the Parisian agency H5 which shows us (in a very kind and happy way) how brands have penetrated our lives.
MyDetour is a project by Moleskine, the producer of the oh-so-loveable notebooks. The project is dedicated to all lovers of painting, photography, illustration, writing. It’s an opportunity to share your creativity, on- and off-line: turn your Moleskine notebook into a piece of art, whatever your skill is, and drop it in our collecting box to participate. The jury will choose the best notebooks collected in each city, which will join the worldwide tour and be published on the online gallery. Also, one winner per city will be selected, who will be invited to the next Moleskine event, whereever it may be.
The competition was kicked off in San Francisco and will soon be followed by Tokio, Istanbul, Berlin, Paris and New York.
MyDetour projects run alongside the Detour Exhebitions, a traveling collection of notebooks by renowned writers and artists to the cities around mentioned above. Although my own banged up little book won’t stand a chance, this is still a very interesting project if you ask me, definitely worth checking out if you’re in the neighbourhood or simply follow it online.
