jamie oliver iphone 1If you are like me and like good food but don’t have/ take the time to cook for yourself enough, Jamie Oliver’s recipes have always been a good help. Now he is entering the realm of the iPhone. He has an app, now containing 50 new recipes which all take about 20 minutes to prepare. Perfect!

Jamie himself introduces the many features that make the app so useful, like the 21 instruction videos. Other image-driven tools, like step-by-step pictures accompanying the instructions, make for a foolproof approach to cooking. Each recipe in the app also contains a handy interactive and sharable shopping list, which also allows you to stripe of items. With Jamie also sharing his kitchen essentials and, along with his notes on each recipes and tips along the way, this app puts a chef assistant in your pocket.

These are the kind of app’s which make me love my iPhone. For €5,99 I think it is a bargain, although I wonder whether they will be updating the app. with free new recipes regularly.
